Welcome to Pixie Dust Place! Our newest short term rental in Windsor Hills. Just 2 miles to Disney World property and minutes away, so the location can't be beat! The home was completely and includes all new furnishings and housewares, and we always strive to have the best customer service possible.
Pixie Dust Place is a sophisticated spacious six bedroom, four bathroom pool home close to the large castle playground and a short walk to the community clubhouse pool and waterpark. The home has an amazing Avatar game room with a PS4 with games, foosball, air hockey, and cocktail style arcade games. You'll also be able to spend some time in the adorable and fun themed bedrooms for the kiddos, read a bedtime story in the "nemo nook", and enjoy the tastefully themed bedrooms outfitted with king beds for the "adults". You'll get a wonderful nights sleep in the comfortable beds, can spread out and chat with family and friends on the new furniture, and make a fantastic breakfast or dinner in the well appointed kitchen. If you are coming with your little ones we have some baby gear, so all ages will be comfortable here.
Outside you will have a wonderful time soaking up the sun, or finding a little shade in the newly updated pool area with an upgraded spa bubbler, pool toys, and pool/spa heat year round! When you're looking for some more great things to do, just head up to the lovely community pool and waterpark, or use some of the many amenities Windsor Hills has to offer ~ three playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball, putting green, sand volleyball, snack and drink bar, on site store, movie theater, game room, fitness room, picnic/grill area, EV charging area, and more. Windsor Hills truly has a resort feel and is so family friendly!
This beautifully appointed home is located just two miles from Disney World property and is close to I-4 so you can reach all of the fun Orlando has to offer...theme parks, waterparks, amazing restaurants, shopping and other entertainment.

* Pool heat is always included in the rates and makes the spa warm too :)
* Pool toys, towels, and outdoor large connect four for family fun time
* Amazing game room for hours of fun!

Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
25% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €650 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure
Notes
Please note that the grand total at checkout includes the rental rate, $275 cleaning fee, and 13.5% tax.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, 100% will be due at the time of booking. A damage deposit of $750 is due 7 days prior to arrival and is fully refundable within 14 days after check out.
Must be 25 years old to reserve, and age will be verified.
The reservation is fully refundable until 30 days prior to check in. At that time the reservation becomes non refundable. Rental insurance is recommended if a cancellation within this time frame is a concern.
